NEW vs REORDER: A new order is when you are creating tags for the first time with specified text/image/layout. A reorder is when the design is staying the same, you can change colors, as long as there is no new design request.

PERSONALIZATION: Proofs will be sent to email specified (if you don't specify an email you will need to keep an eye on your Etsy messages), we will attempt to reach you up to 3 times.
